ELiAR took part in the 6th edition of the Digital Transformation Event organized by the Digital Transformation Community at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). The event brought together academic researchers, technology companies, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and practical experiences on digital transformation and process mining applications in industry.
As part of the participation, ELiAR prepared and presented a project poster showcasing ongoing research ideas and innovation initiatives. The poster design was developed and refined through several iterations prior to the event, highlighting ELiAR’s focus on data-driven industrial solutions and collaborative R&D activities.
The event program included presentations and working sessions covering key topics such as process mining for smart industry, data preparation, conformance checking, and digital twin development. Participants explored how process mining techniques can be used to systematically gain insights from operational data and improve business processes through advanced analytics and AI-supported approaches. Live demonstrations illustrated practical implementations in logistics, manufacturing, and process optimization environments.
During the event, ELiAR engaged with academic and industrial stakeholders to discuss potential collaboration opportunities. Conversations focused on future research partnerships, student projects, and opportunities to integrate real industrial challenges into university programs. Discussions also highlighted the growing interest in applying AI and data analytics to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
The event concluded with a hands-on process mining workshop, providing participants with practical experience in solving business problems using real-world data and analytical methods.
ELiAR continues to strengthen its collaboration with universities and innovation ecosystems in the Netherlands, aiming to bridge academic research and industrial application through joint projects and applied R&D initiatives.
