We collaborate closely with industrial partners, universities, and research organizations to develop applied, industry-ready solutions. Our approach is use-case driven: real challenges from production environments are translated into research topics and validated through pilot deployments.

Use case design and development for ITEA as a project partner. We apply distributed AI at the edge to adapt PID temperature control on dyeing machines using controller data and steam-pressure context.
Experiment design and implementation for Horizon DIGITbrain Project. We build a digital twin of the dyeing temperature phase and implement PI-based adaptive control for anomaly detection on the DIGITbrain platform.
Experiment design and implementation for Horizon Mind4Machines project. We integrate indoor positioning with an analytics layer to track fabric trolleys in real time and analyze movements to reveal bottlenecks.
Experiment design and implementation for Horizon NebulOuS project. We deliver predictive maintenance and condition monitoring for dyeing dosing equipment over the cloud–edge continuum via the NebulOuS Meta-OS.
Unified time-series fault detection, machine/process digital twins, and predictive models for simulation, optimization, and minimizing downtime.
Fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs on industrial data, running compact models on edge hardware, LLM-based agents for anomaly detection, reporting, and orchestration, and digital assistants for industrial operations.
AI-driven adaptive control systems for industrial automation, intelligent production planning and scheduling, real-time optimization of manufacturing processes, and dynamic resource allocation for improved efficiency and throughput.
